Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Cherry Tomes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried rosemary

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for 15 minutes at medium heat. Turn from time to time. Season with salt and pepper. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Wash and halve the mushrooms.

    Add onions and mushrooms to the potatoes and fry for another 5 minutes. Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes. Mix eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle rosemary over the potatoes. Pour egg milk over them and let it simmer at low heat until the egg milk is firm
