Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg mainly waxy potatoes (e.g. Christa)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain and let it evaporate. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Sprinkle over the potatoes and serve.
