Ham rolls with sauerkraut filling and horseradish cream

Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion
  • 4 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 125 g Sauerkraut
  • 50 g Cream cheese preparation 5 % fat absolute
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 washer (40 g) cooked ham
  • 1 TABLESPOON Horseradish (glass)
  • 4 discs (10 g each) Baguette bread

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash parsley, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Mix sauerkraut, cream cheese, onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spread the ham with horseradish. Spread sauerkraut on top, roll up and cut into small rolls. Arrange sauerkraut rolls on a plate with baguette bread.
