Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Mix sour cream, half of the chive rolls and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Wash the cucumber. Peel the mango. Peel and wash the carrot. Cut mango, carrot and cucumber into thin sticks
Wrap mixed vegetable and mango sticks in 4 slices of turkey breast. Spread bread with mustard cream and cover with turkey rolls. Sprinkle the rest of the chives on top
