Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 250 g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 500 g mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, currants, raspberries)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Strawberries

Directions

    Separate eggs. Mix egg yolk, vanilla sugar, mascarpone and yoghurt. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out and let them cool down. Wash and clean the berries. Layer mascarpone cream, berries and almonds in a bowl

    Serve decorated with strawberries as desired
