Fruit salad with lime-honey sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (580 ml; extraction weight 255 g) Litchi
  • 1/2 (approx. 1 kg) Watermelon
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) Mango
  • 1/2 (approx. 650 g) Pineapple
  • 3 Kiwis (approx. 100 g each)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 3-4 Tbsp liquid honey

Directions

    Drain lychee on a sieve. Cut the melon half into wedges and cut the flesh from the skin. Remove seeds and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stone in slices, then cut into pieces.

    Remove the pineapple rind and wooden centre. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel kiwis, cut them in half lengthwise and slice them. Mix lime juice and honey. Mix all fruits with the lime-honey sauce.

    Arrange in hollowed pineapple halves as desired and serve.
