Fried rice with chicken

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 60 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Chicken filet
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • 100 g red pepper
  • 100 g Leeks (leek)
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g each) Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry

Directions

    Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Cut ham into strips as well. Clean, wash and chop the peppers.

    Leek clean, wash, lengthwise halve and cut into fine rings. Rub mushrooms well and cut them into leaves. Heat oil in a coated pan. Brown the meat in it and take it out. Add vegetables and mushrooms to the frying oil and fry them too.

    Add meat and ham. Drain rice and fold in. Fry everything briefly. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Season to taste with a little Sambal Oelek, soy sauce and curry and serve.
