Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g Spring onions
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 15 g Diced ham
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Oil in a coated

    Heat the pan and fry the potato slices for about 10 minutes. Turn from time to time. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Add spring onions, peas and diced ham to the potatoes and fry for 3 minutes.

    Beat the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Let everything fry on low heat for 5-8 minutes. Garnish with parsley as desired
