Ingredients

  • 100 g Celeriac
  • 1 (100 g) Carrot
  • 100 g Leeks (leek)
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Peel, wash and cut the celery into small lozenges. Peel and wash carrots and cut into small cubes. Clean, halve and wash leek, cut into rings. Boil 300 ml water, add broth, bay leaf and vegetables.

    Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
