Fried potatoes and poultry aspic

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 3-4 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salad cream
  • 1 gherkin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 discs (75 g each) Poultry Brawn

Directions

    Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Peel and finely dice onions. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Stir curd, mineral water and salad cream until smooth.

    Finely dice the cucumber and add to the quark with the chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper and mustard. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water, let cool and cut into slices. Heat the oil. Fry the potatoes and onions until golden brown.

    Serve with brawn and curd. Serve with a fresh salad.
