Fried noodles with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 250 g frozen shrimps (without head and shell)
  • 250 g Asian wheat noodles
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1–2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) baby Chinese cabbage
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp some chili flakes

Directions

    Defrost the prawns. Put the noodles in a bowl. Pour plenty of boiling water over it and let it stand for about 4 minutes. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely. Clean, wash and dice the peppers.

    Clean, wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Drain the noodles. Wash shrimps and dab dry.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large frying pan. Fry the prawns for approx. 4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper and remove.

    Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the frying fat. Fry onion, garlic and paprika briefly. Add cabbage and noodles. Fry everything for 2-3 minutes. Stir from time to time. Add approx. 100 ml water, broth and soy sauce, bring to the boil.

    Mix in the prawns. Season to taste with salt and chili flakes.
