For the noodles, boil 3-4 l salted water (approx. 1 teaspoon salt per litre). Meanwhile drain the paprika and cut into wide strips. Peel onion and garlic and dice very finely.
Rinse the prawns and pat them dry. Grate the parmesan finely.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry prawns for 1-2 minutes on each side. Fry onion and garlic briefly. Add paprika. Season everything with salt and pepper.
Deglaze with 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 150 ml water and cream, bring to the boil. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
Wash the basil and shake dry. Cut leaves into fine strips. Stir into the shrimp sauce and season again with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Drain the pasta and put it back into the pot. Add the shrimp sauce and mix everything well. Serve and sprinkle with parmesan.
