Fresh summer salad with rucola and Serrano ham

Ingredients

  • 1 small lollo rosso salad
  • 1 small head lollo bianco salad
  • 1 collar Arugula
  • 1 red pepper
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 red onions
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 (250 ml) Bottle of Miracel Whip salad dressing à la French Dijon

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain Lollo Rosso, Lollo bianco and rocket. Pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into rhombs. Wash, drain and slice the mushrooms. Peel onions, cut into fine rings.

    Mix all salad ingredients. Cut Serrano ham into strips. Heat oil in a pan, fry ham briefly in oil. Spread the salad on plates, add the ham. Spread the salad dressing over it and serve immediately
