Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS French mustard
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS finely chopped
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tarragon

Directions

    Place vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard in a bowl and mix together. Whip the oil into a bowl. Wash the chives and tarragon, dab dry. Cut the chives into fine rolls and chop the tarragon finely. Add to the marinade and mix. Season to taste
