Wash, quarter and core the apples. Cut quarters into slices. Wash marjoram and dab dry. Bring 1.5 litres of water, sugar, cinnamon, apple slices and marjoram to the boil in a large pot, simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove water from the stove and let it cool down. Pour water into bottles and chill. Shelf life approx. 5 days. Tastes especially good when chilled with ice cubes
