Flatbread with rocket, paprika and chilli-yoghurt dressing

Ingredients

  • 150 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 75 g Rocket
  • 50 g black olives without stone
  • 2 Sandwich toast bags
  • 75 g Turkey breast cold cuts in thin slices

Directions

    For the sauce, stir yoghurt until smooth, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and chili flakes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into fine strips. Clean the spring onion, wash and cut diagonally into rings. Wash the rocket and let it drip off. Cut olives into slices

    Briefly bake toast pockets in the toaster and cut a pocket into them. Spread the prepared ingredients, sauce and turkey breast in the pockets
