Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (135 g drained) Tuna in oil
  • 1 can(s) (450 ml, 285 g drainer) Vegetable corn
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1/2 (280 g) Turkish flatbread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Drain tuna and corn well. Clean and wash the tomatoes and cut out the stalk. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop.

    Coarsely crumble the sheep's cheese. First cut the bread half in half, then cut across. Cover each loaf with tomato slices. Spread tuna, corn, onion and feta cheese on top. Sprinkle with herbs and season with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle the pizza corners with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 12-15 minutes.
