Ingredients

  • 2 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 kg mixed minced meat
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 package (400 g) Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano
  • baking paper

Directions

    Finely grind the rolls in the universal chopper. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Knead minced meat, bread roll, onion, eggs, tomato paste, oregano and garlic with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.

    Season with salt and pepper. Form a pizza (flat cake) from the minced dough (approx. 32 cm Ø). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 30-35 minutes.

    In the meantime clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. After about 10 minutes of baking time, cover the minced pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella and bake until the end.

    Remove from the oven and serve garnished with oregano.
