Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Peel, wash and chop carrots and parsnips.
Fry the prepared ingredients in hot oil. Add strained tomatoes, 1 1⁄2 l water and broth and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
In the meantime, rinse and drain the beans. Clean, wash and chop the zucchini. Wash cabbage well and cut into strips. Add the beans, zucchini and cabbage about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
