Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes until al dente. Wash the fish, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a coated pan.
Fry the fish for 4-5 minutes while turning. Bring tomatoes to the boil in a closed pot. Season broccoli with salt and pepper. Arrange fish, sauce and broccoli on a plate.
