Ingredients

  • 3 bars (à 100 g) dark chocolate
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 125 g Butter
  • 150 g Icing sugar
  • 4 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp (size M)
  • 30 g Cocoa powder

Directions

    Break chocolate. Melt with milk in a pot at low heat while stirring. Melt the butter and let it cool down a little. Stir 100 g icing sugar and egg yolk into the chocolate.

    Then slowly stir in butter. Chill for 2-3 hours. Shape into small balls. Roll half in cocoa, the other half in the remaining icing sugar. Results in about 30 pieces.
