Fast sprouts salad with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Federation spring onions (approx. 175 g each)
  • 12 ready-to-cook medium sized shrimps (à approx. 35 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 g Mix of sprouts (e.g. mung beans and soybeans)
  • 100 ml sweet-sour Asian sauce

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions in half crosswise. Shrimps wash, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns in it for about 5 minutes on both sides. Add spring onions and fry for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the prawns and spring onions and arrange them on plates with the sprouts. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce
