Season tomatoes with herb mixture, sugar, salt and pepper. Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Drain the corn. Cut cabanossi into slices. Peel onion and cut into rings.
Cut flat bread in half horizontally. Spread tomatoes on both halves and spread. Cover with vegetables and slices of sausage and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes in succession.
Mixed salad tastes good with it.
