For the sauce, peel and chop the garlic. Mix garlic, orange peel and juice, soy sauce, asia sauce and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into rings.
Roast the sesame seeds in a pan and take them out. Wash the meat, dab dry and dice. Mix with starch and season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil all around for 6-8 minutes.
Fry the spring onions briefly. Add sauce, bring to the boil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with basmati rice.
