- 7-10 Tbsp some splashes of orange bitters
- 1/8 l chilled champagne
- 7-10 Tbsp Kiwi slice and lemon balm leaves

Pour the kiwi liqueur and Orange Bitter into a glass. Top up with chilled sparkling wine. Decorate with kiwi liqueur and lemon balm.
