- 16 TABLESPOONS Cream of Coconut (canned coconut cream)
- 8 TABLESPOONS Many-fruit liqueur
- 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
- 400 ml Passion fruit juice
- 7-10 Tbsp Kumquats, kiwi slices and pineapple slices
Directions

Warm the Cream of Coconut in a hot water bath and mix well with the multi-fruit liqueur. Divide into 4 glasses with ice cubes and fill up with well chilled passion fruit juice. Put the kumquats, kiwi slices and pineapple slices on a skewer and decorate the drink with them.
