  • 600 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 litre Elderberry juice
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 TABLESPOON Allspice
  • 1 TEASPOON Cloves

Directions

    Bring balsamic vinegar, elderberry juice, sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, allspice and cloves to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour into prepared bottles (à approx. 250 ml) and close them.

    Mix 5 tablespoons elderberry vinegar with 1 tablespoon medium hot mustard, salt, pepper and 5 tablespoons oil.
