Double cream cream cheese spread with fried diced bacon, spring onions, mustard and fried onions

Ingredients

Servings: 300
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 50 g smoked streaky bacon in cubes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 25 g Roasted onions
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the bacon for 4-5 minutes until crispy, remove and drain. Clean and wash the spring onion and cut into rings. Set aside some spring onion, bacon and fried onions for sprinkling.

    Mix milk, cream cheese, fried onions, bacon, spring onion and mustard, season with salt and pepper and arrange in a bowl. Sprinkle with bacon, fried onions and spring onions.
