Cream cheese with aiwar and paprika

Ingredients

Servings: 300
  • 1 small, red pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Put some paprika and chives aside for sprinkling. Mix remaining chives, paprika, aiwar and cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.

    Arrange in a bowl. Sprinkle with diced peppers and chives.
