1 Organic Lemon
2 TEASPOONS ground cumin
1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
2 TEASPOONS liquid honey

Mix 500 g Greek cream yoghurt, grated rind of 1 organic lemon, 2 teaspoons of ground cumin, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of liquid honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
