Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small cucumber (approx. 300 g)
  • 100 g Apples
  • 500 g Buttermilk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 4 Stem(s) Peppermint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Wash and clean the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Apple wash, quarter, remove seeds. Peel quarter. Chop cucumber and apple roughly. Buttermilk, lemon juice, cucumber, apple, and honey with a hand blender.

    Stir in the cream. Wash mint, shake dry and, except for something to decorate, pluck leaves from the stalks and cut into fine strips. Arrange the shake in glasses. Decorate with lemon and mint and sprinkle with chopped mint.

    Eat the shake immediately.
