Cucumber classic with oat milk, yoghurt and spelt flakes

Ingredients

1 Cucumber
250 g Whole milk yoghurt
150 ml Grain milk (e.g. oat milk)
7-10 Tbsp Salt
7-10 Tbsp ground cumin
2-3 TABLESPOONS Spelt Flakes
7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves and/or edible orchid flowers

Cucumber wash, clean and roughly dice. Finely puree yoghurt, cucumber and milk in a blender. Season to taste with salt and cumin. Arrange in glasses, sprinkle with spelt flakes and decorate with mint or orchid blossoms as desired
