Cucumber classic with oat milk, yoghurt and spelt flakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 150 ml Grain milk (e.g. oat milk)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Spelt Flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves and/or edible orchid flowers

    Cucumber wash, clean and roughly dice. Finely puree yoghurt, cucumber and milk in a blender. Season to taste with salt and cumin. Arrange in glasses, sprinkle with spelt flakes and decorate with mint or orchid blossoms as desired
