Cucumber boat with tomato and olive quark

Ingredients

  • 3 green olives stuffed with paprika
  • 1 Tomato
  • 100 g Buttermilk quark
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 piece(s) (100 g) Cucumber
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Drain the olives and cut into thin slices. Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomato. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Put some tomato and olive aside for garnishing.

    Mix the rest into the quark. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Pour in the quark. Sprinkle with set aside olives and tomatoes, garnish with basil.
