Oatmeal crêpe with strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 3-5 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 20 g dark wheat flour (type 1050)
  • 200 g cleaned strawberries
  • 30 g kiwi pelé
  • 30 g low-fat soured milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 1 knife tip Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 10 g crunchy oats
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Butter/
  • 7-10 Tbsp Margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Mix the egg, mineral water and flour with a whisk to a smooth dough. Leave to swell for approx. 15 minutes

    Halve or quarter strawberries (wash before cleaning) depending on size. Halve kiwi lengthwise and cut into slices

    Season soured milk with cinnamon and sweetener. Roast oat flakes in a dry pan until golden brown. Take out

    Heat the fat in a coated pan. Pour in the dough and bake on both sides until golden brown

    Fill crêpe with strawberries and kiwi, fold over. Sprinkle with oatmeal. Add soured milk as a stain. Decorate with lemon balm
