Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Wholemeal flour
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk (0,3 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 (100 g) Apples
  • 30 g Mandarins (canned)
  • 30 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon (5 g) Oatmeal
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 50 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Mix egg, flour, milk and mineral water. Wash the kiwi and apple. Peel kiwi and cut into pieces. Remove the core of the apple and cut the flesh into slices. Mix the fruits.

    Add lemon juice and some sweetener. Roast the oat flakes in a frying pan Bake pancakes in hot oil. Season yoghurt with cinnamon and sweetener Cover pancakes with fruit. Add yoghurt and sprinkle with roasted oat flakes.
