Asian fried noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (200 g) Chuba Soba (Japanese wheat noodles)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 red peppers (about 200 g each)
  • 300 g White cabbage
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 1 collar (approx. 200 g) Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 300 g Fillet of beef
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g each) Oil
  • 3 tablespoons (20 g each) Asia sweet-hot sauce
  • 4 tablespoons (10 g each) Lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons (10 g each) light soy sauce
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander and lemon wedge

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let drain. Wash, quarter, core and cut the peppers into pieces. Clean, wash and cut cabbage into strips.

    Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into sticks. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Sort the sprouts. Wash, dab dry and cut into strips.

    Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, fry the fillet strips in it until golden brown. Remove, fry spring onions and garlic in the frying fat. Add the bell peppers, cabbage and carrots and fry over a high heat for about 3 minutes.

    Add noodles, sprouts and fillet strips and fry for another 2 minutes while turning. Mix the asian sauce, lemon juice and soy sauce. Deglaze Asian fried noodles with it and stir well once.

    Wash the coriander, dab dry and chop finely. Stir in. Serve pasta with lemon wedge and coriander garnish.
