Crunchy muesli with honey curd

Ingredients

  • 200 g crunchy oats
  • 60 g Sunflower seeds
  • 60 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 150 g liquid honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 200 g Curd cheese 20 %
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) medium-sized apple
  • 100 g green grapes
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) medium clementine
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) medium-sized banana
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa leaves
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix oat flakes, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, 75 g honey and oil. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast in a preheated oven (electric range: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes.

    Take out and let it cool down. Stir curd, milk and 50 g honey until smooth. Wash the apple, cut into eighths and remove the core. Wash and pluck the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Peel clementine, cut into slices and quarter.

    Peel the banana and cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. Arrange crunchy muesli in small bowls with honey quark and fruits. Sprinkle with the remaining honey and decorate with lemon balm.
