Crumble the yeast, dissolve in 700 ml of lukewarm water. Add baking mixture and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes
Knead dough and divide into 10 pieces. Roll each piece on some flour to a long strand (20-25 cm). Turn the strands of dough into dew or knot the ends loosely. Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper and dust with a little flour. Place 1 baking tray in a cool place. Leave the other to rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes
Bake the dough in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool down
