Wash the meat if necessary, dab dry and cut into cubes of approx. 2 cm. Put 3-4 pieces on a wooden skewer
Fry in hot oil in portions. Then season all skewers with salt, pepper and thyme. Add wine, juice, 100 ml water and some sugar, bring to the boil. Cover and stew for about 10 minutes
Serve the skewers with the stock. Garnish with lemon and parsley
