Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain the peppers well. Peel garlic and chop roughly. Clean, wash and roughly chop the chilli. Finely puree almonds, peppers, chilli and garlic with the chopping stick of the hand mixer.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Stir in oil. Drain the pasta, drain well and let it cool down. Mix noodles with paprika-almond sauce and arrange in a bowl. Garnish with basil and paprika as desired
