Ingredients

  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 200 g light cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried rosemary
  • 7-10 Tbsp black olives and rosemary

Directions

    Coarsely crumble the sheep's cheese. Puree with milk and cream cheese. Stir in oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. Arrange dip and garnish.
