Broccoli pans with Mett-Flöckchen

Ingredients

  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (370 g) Tomato pieces with herbs; Tomato al Gusto
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 (220 g each) bags of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tomatoes

Directions

    Clean broccoli, wash it and cut it into small florets. Pour into boiling salted water, season with nutmeg and cook covered for about 7 minutes. Then drain. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion.

    Heat the oil. Sauté the onion and minced meat for 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper. Mix Tomato al Gusto and cream. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Distribute broccoli, sauce and crumbled ground pork in small ovenproof dishes.

    Cover with mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 5 minutes. Clean, wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Sprinkle over the pans before serving.
