Peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely. Squeeze the garlic, mix with yoghurt and mayonnaise. Season to taste
Peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely on the grater. Mix with onion and egg. Season. Bake about 16 small Rösti (5-6 cm Ø) in 1-2 tbsp. hot clarified butter in portions. Keep warm
Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Dice the avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately. Fry prawns in 1 tbsp. clarified butter for 2-3 minutes, season. Top the Rösti with salad, avocado and prawns. Pour the cream on top
Instead of raw prawns you can also buy cooked ones. Then put them cold on the Rösti
