  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TEASPOONS Cream and cream firming agent
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Horseradish (glass)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (glass, thickened)

Directions

    Whip the cream for about 1/2 minutes. Add cream firmer and whip until stiff. Fold in horseradish and cranberries
