Ingredients

  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 350 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 250 g Pork tenderloin
  • 250 g Fillet of beef
  • 1 (approx. 750 g) Cauliflower
  • 350 g Courgette
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 kg Frying fat

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely. Knead minced meat, squeezed roll, egg, onion and garlic cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Form small balls from the mixture. Rinse meat cold, dab dry and cut into cubes.

    Clean and wash the cauliflower and zucchini. Divide cauliflower into florets, cut zucchini into slices. Clean mushrooms with a brush and possibly halve them. Wash tomatoes and dab dry. Arrange meat and vegetables separately on plates. Cook meat and vegetables 2-5 minutes, meatballs about 5 minutes in hot frying fat
