Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 75 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Marsala wine (Italian sweet wine)
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Baguette bread

Directions

    Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Cut bacon into thin strips. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into thin, diagonal rings. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes, turning them over. Deglaze with wine and cream and steam for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and mix in spring onions and chives

    Cut bread into 16 thick slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in portions in a frying pan. Roast the bread in portions on both sides for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Take out and cover each with 1-2 tbsp. mushroom mixture
