Stir pudding powder, sugar and 75 ml milk until smooth. Bring 525 ml milk to the boil in a saucepan. Remove from the stove. Stir in the mixed powder, bring to the boil again and simmer for 1 minute while stirring. Pour into a larger mixing bowl and place directly on the pudding foil so that no skin forms. Leave to cool for about 1 1/4 hours. In the meantime, roughly chop the chocolate. Put 2 meringue aside for decoration. Coarsely crumble the remaining meringue. Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Remove the foil from the pudding and stir until smooth with a whisk. Stir in chocolate. Fold in cream and crumbled meringue. Fill into a bowl, decorate with remaining meringue and dust with cocoa
