  • 2 Onions (approx. 150 g)
  • 1.5 kg Pork sausage
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 80 g Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of Tabasco
  • 2 TEASPOONS Dijon mustard
  • 1 levelled tablespoon dried herbs of Provence
  • 25 g Roasted onions
  • 1 collar Rosemary
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 1 can(s) (236 ml; separation weight: 140 g) Pineapple Rings
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 150 g fat-reduced salad cream (16 % fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 piston (approx. 150 g) Chicory
  • 3 (approx. 250 g) Carrots
  • 1/2 Perennial celery
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Cut bread into cubes. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the bread cubes while turning them into croutons. Season with salt and pepper. ##Peel garlic and onion and cut into fine cubes.
