Ingredients

Servings: 22
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 50 g Salami in thin slices
  • 300 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 5-6 Tbsp Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt almonds, pine nuts, capers,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder and herbs

Directions

    Stir butter until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in briefly. Season dough with salt and pepper

    Preheat the waffle iron and coat with a little oil. Bake 4-5 waffles from the dough one after the other

    Fry salami in a hot pan until crispy. Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut the waffles into hearts. Pour cream cheese into a piping bag and spray on top. Garnish as you like
