Wash the turkey breast and pat dry. Mix Coca-Cola, rum and mustard seeds in a bowl. Place the turkey breast in the bowl and marinate for approx. 12 hours, turning several times. Remove the meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place in the fat pan of the oven and bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours.
Pour marinade through a sieve (mustard seeds retained), measure 1/8 litre. Pour the broth over the turkey bit by bit. In the meantime drain the corn on the cob and cut into slices of approx. 2 cm thick. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut into slices. Add vegetables and potatoes to the turkey 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time and season with salt and pepper. Mix 1 tablespoon of the mustard seeds, honey and sugar and brush the turkey with it 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Pour the measured marinade into the vegetables.
